SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA (DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT)

• Shipping fees is RM8 within West Malaysia for orders below RM60; while RM10 for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) for orders below RM100.
• Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia is 3-5 working days, while 7-14 working days for East Malaysia.

• Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
• You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Shipping fee is based on the weight of the parcel. We are using Aramex to deliver your order. Please confirm with the customer service or through email: joanne@offiecpennpaper.com if you have any doubt.

• Customers will be required to bear the additional shipping charges if there is any additional charges required by the courier company.

• Customers are fully responsible for bearing the delivery fee.

• Transit time would be around 5 - 10+ business days. We are not responsible for the delay of the shipment but we will assist you in checking with the delivery. Please notify us if you still yet to receive the parcel within 14 days.
