All goods are not returnable or refundable unless it is damaged or faulty. If you’ve received a wrong or defective item, you may drop us an email at within 7 days of receiving parcel and we will be happy to assist you! The product(s) must be in original condition, unwashed or without damage.

 

To be eligible for return, your parcel must be (a) Defective merchandise (b) Incorrect merchandise (c) Incorrect color or size ordered

 

Once your item(s) meets the criteria above, contact us to return them within 14 days from the date of receipt and we will do a compensation to you based on the situation. However, please note that the shipping fees for the return will not be covered by Modern Stationery.
