PRODUCT QUALITY SHOULD BE ENSURED!
We want you to be satisfied with the product that you purchase from us. If there's any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased, you may return the product within 30 days (include shipping time) for an exchange. Please note, the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you’ve received it and with the original packaging.
All goods are not returnable or refundable unless it is damaged or faulty. If you’ve received a wrong or defective item, you may drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving parcel and we will be happy to assist you! The product(s) must be in original condition, unwashed or without damage.
To be eligible for return, your parcel must be:
(a) Defective merchandise (b) Incorrect merchandise (c) Incorrect color or size provided by MOSTA
A. STORE RETURN
1. Visit our store "Office Pen N Paper Sdn Bhd" for goods return.
2. Hand over your goods to the receptionist. Kindly bring the invoice along with you. No invoice no exchange.
B. RETURN BY MAIL
1. PREPARE YOUR PARCEL ENCLOSING THE DELIVERY NOTE
Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the invoice. If you do not have the invoice, contact our person-in-charge through +6016-7232018 for verification.
2. ATTACH THE RETURNS LABEL IN A VISIBLE AREA ON THE PARCEL
On the package which you would like to return, attach and send with the notes as below:

Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
Include the purchase receipt or a photocopy of the same in your parcel.
3. SEND THE ITEM
We recommend you to track and insure your package, at your expense, as we are not responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Remember that we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries and will not pay the delivery or return charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The exchange of item will be processed within 3-12 business days (excluding shipping time) after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, and with the original packaging.
When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the goods to you. Bear in mind that in the case of returns by mail, MOSTA will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
Products showing excessive wear and tear.
Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the item has been washed.
Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
Products that have been soiled or contaminated.
Exchanges may take 3-12 business days (excluding shipping time). While stocks last.
MOSTA will be exchanging the same product to you. While stocks last. However, if the exchange product is out of stock, customer service will contact you for exchanging of item with the same or lower value only.
MOSTA reserves the rights to withhold any exchange if your original item have not reached our warehouse.
